Data Lead

As the Data Lead, you will own the end-to-end data lifecycle at Rang. You will be responsible for building and scaling our data infrastructure, from ingestion and warehousing to the delivery of high-impact visualizations within the Rang app for school networks, administrators, and students. You will drive the technical direction of our data strategy, lead architectural decisions, and ensure that both our product and our internal teams are powered by accurate, real-time insights. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will partner closely with Product and Engineering to iterate rapidly, leveraging predictive analytics to turn student data into actionable outcomes.
